Boundless Impact recently launched the pilot cohort of ImagineHub centers for missional innovation in United Methodist Churches in the Western NC Conference. The four pilot sites include Central Terrace UMC in Winston-Salem, Christ UMC - Glenwood in Greensboro, First UMC in Asheboro, and Woodmont UMC - Mission First in Reidsville. The pilot sites are working on ways to enhance their event space for community gatherings, listening to the assets and needs of their community, as well as planning initial events and training offerings in their space. With over 1,800 UMC's in North Carolina and their average space utilization around 12-14%, these churches are reimagining how their space can be used for economic empowerment in their surrounding communities.
