Boundless Impact recently partnered with Candler School of Theology at Emory University to launch the 2019 Early Career Pastoral Leadership Program at Lake Junaluska. The 2-year program brings young alumni clergy from across the US together to explore and assess models of leadership for the twenty-first century building on the inherent qualities already present within each person. Reviewing and studying Spiritual Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Versatile Leadership, and Boundary Spanning Leadership will allow cohort members to build on their strengths, while meeting the challenges of leading the church through transformation for new generations.
